October 2024, CDA member instructed the JCDA girls and chairs about the purpose of "The Day of the Dead"
UNITY COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP
On January 18, 2025 as part of the Unity Community Clean-up, several CDA and JCDA members joined to help the City of Compton clean-up.
UNITY COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP
Saturday, September 24, 2022: JCDA Court Mother Lupita participated in the Compton Citywide cleanup event. A big thank you to Maribel Lara, JCDA Coordinator for being a coordinator and supervising our members. HYGIENE PROJECT
On May 13, 2022, Court Mother Lupita completed a successful hygiene project. The members' project was to provide a variety of hygiene items to residents of two shelters in Compton. One shelter was for mothers and children and the other shelter was a male transitional housing
