Leadership Commitment   

We all need to be personally responsible for he success of each and everything we do for the benefit of our court.  We all must consider how we contribute our talents and not sit back and look around for someone else to do the work.  We all need to "Speak up" and present our ideas and recommendations that

will add to the group's appreciation of our sisterhood.  All our voices are equally important.  We all contribute something to this sisterhood, and we can commit to knowing what we want to give and to get from this relationship.

In the end, we all share in the successes, and we all share in the disappointments that we will encounter as we work toward becoming the best of Court Compton.
